Cleaning Procedures
We have always taken cleaning procedures very seriously and now is not an exception. We ensure that all hard surfaces are cleaned regularly with food-safe sanitizer which includes our furniture items, totes and other equipment. All chair linens are routinely cleaned after every event.
Deliveries & Pick-Ups
Over the Moon team members are required to complete a health check before each shift and they are required to wear a face mask that covers their nose and mouth for the duration of their time at your event. OTM team members will also be required to hand sanitize and wear gloves when handling inventory.
Updated Cancellation Policy
Our contract outlines that deposits are non-refundable. Due to the nature of COVID-19 and its unpredictability, we have amended our contract policy to allow for any booked events affected by COVID-19 to put all previously paid amounts on file to be used at a future date. Additionally, there is also the option where we can transfer your credit to another person, permitted with your written consent.
